Lead Residential Plumber / Plumbing Installer

Ted's Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Lead Residential Plumber / Plumbing Installer to join our growing team based out of our Roxboro office. Position Summary 

As a Lead Residential Plumber / Plumbing Installer, you will lead residential plumbing installation and replacement projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for completing high-quality plumbing work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and local codes. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead residential plumbing installation and replacement projects 

• Install and replace sewer lines and water lines 

• Install and replace traditional and tankless water heaters 

• Install and replace water filtration and water treatment systems 

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code 

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project 

• Accurately document work using company-provided technology 

• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, jobsite, and work environment 

• Deliver exceptional customer service and quality workmanship on every job 

What We're Looking For 

• Minimum 2-3 years of residential plumbing experience 

• Strong experience with residential plumbing installation and replacement work 

• Experience with sewer line replacement, water line replacement, water heater installation, and tankless water heater installation 

• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify effective solutions 

• Strong communication and customer service skills 

• Experience as a Lead Installer or in a comparable role preferred 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 

• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship 

Schedule & Location 

Location: Office based in Roxboro, NC - Servicing Durham, NC and surrounding areas 

Schedule: 

• Monday through Friday 

• 7:30 AM until work is complete 

• Full-Time
