No HVAC experience?
That's okay.
We're looking for people with the right attitude—not necessarily the right résumé.
If you're motivated, dependable, curious, and committed to becoming a trusted professional, we'll teach you the technical skills.
Some of the best HVAC professionals didn't begin their careers in the trades.
They started somewhere else—and brought valuable experience with them.
You may already have the qualities we're looking for.
Teachers & Educators
You know how to communicate clearly, solve problems, stay organized, and build trust with people—skills homeowners appreciate every day.
Military Veterans
Discipline, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and performing under pressure make veterans exceptionally well suited for a career in HVAC.
College Graduates
Whether your degree isn't leading where you hoped or you're looking for a profession with greater earning potential and long-term stability, HVAC offers a rewarding career built on skill and performance.
Restaurant & Hospitality Professionals
If you've worked in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality, you're already accustomed to working hard, serving customers, solving problems quickly, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
Automotive & Diesel Mechanics
Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and experience working with tools create an excellent foundation for learning HVAC diagnostics and repair.
Construction & Skilled Labor
Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, electrical work, painting, landscaping, or general labor often translates well because you already understand craftsmanship, safety, and working with your hands.
Delivery Drivers & Logistics Professionals
Dependability, independence, time management, and customer interaction are valuable strengths that transfer well into HVAC.
Retail & Customer Service Professionals
HVAC isn't only about repairing equipment—it's about earning trust. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset help create exceptional service experiences.
Career Changers
Many successful technicians spent years in offices, warehouses, manufacturing, or other industries before discovering a career they truly enjoyed.
Recent High School Graduates
You don't need years of experience to build an exceptional career. If you're willing to learn, work hard, and stay coachable, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed.
We can teach HVAC.
